Eli Hen relocated to New York in 2004 with the goal of pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance. After graduating from Touro University cum laude, Eli embarked on a career specializing in mortgage-backed securities and mortgage-related equities. His expertise in these areas enabled him to navigate the complex world of investments with confidence.
In 2012, driven by his entrepreneurial spirit, Eli established EY Assets, a Florida-based investment firm focusing on mortgage and real estate-related investments. His efforts over the years have been instrumental in acquiring and settling subprime mortgage notes, tax deeds, and properties through short sales, dealing extensively with the South Florida courts for foreclosure settlements and loan modifications. Eli’s primary focus has always been on purchasing financial instruments that offer opportunities to acquire real estate below market value.
In 2021, Eli Hen took a significant step forward by partnering with Jonathan Handler to form E&J Capital. This partnership was aimed at leveraging both Eli’s and Jonathan’s expertise to identify and capitalize on unique investment opportunities, ultimately driving superior returns for their investors. Together, they lead a highly skilled team, including lawyers, real estate brokers, and contractors, to deliver consistent value to their clients.
